Dermatophyte(Tinea算在這一類)

• Tinea pedis(足癬)
• Tinea cruris(股癬)(內褲會包到的部位)
• Tinea capitis(頭皮癬)(需頭皮+頭髮在KOH下都有)
• Tinea faciei(臉癬)
• Tinea manus(手癬)
• Tinea barbae(特指臉上鬍子癬)
• Tinea corporis(四肢、軀幹癬)
• Tinea unguium(甲癬)

(Lesion border活性最大、Lesion中間可能已經死掉或沒活性)

Yeast

Pityriasis versicolor(汗斑)→malassezia yeast metabolite產物，好發容易流汗、肥胖、青春期男性

治療

Topical：For體癬、股癬、香港手、香港腳、汗斑…

• -azole：對yeast 較有效
• -fine：對dermatophyte較有效
• Onychomycosis(指甲黴菌感染)：油膏難擦，故考量solution
• Oral antifungal agnet：頭癬、體癬、股癬、香港手、香港腳、灰指甲、汗斑、deep fungal infection(吃到毛髮、指甲一定要口服)

Ketoconazole(Nizoral)：CP值最高，無論哪種黴菌的起手式

Clotrimazole(Canesten)

Sulconazole(Exelderm)

Butenafine(Mentax)

Tonaftate(Pasca gel)：含2%水楊酸，適合表皮較厚的地方
